Brand Awareness – One of the keys to a successful project is for the property to have an identity which helps to create value. Not many owners or developers are aware of this important marketing concept for a piece of real estate. In order for a property to have value, it has to have a story. It is the story that sells the property. This is done through BRAND AWARENESS.
Operating Systems - Income properties can be successful if you have the right management team to handle the day to day operations and can efficiently deal with the issues that come up with tenants, lenders and vendors. It is not enough to check every once an a while on these properties. It is important that a manager continue to improve the property. This can be done in many different ways and does not necessarily mean it will cost the partnership a lot of money.
