2. Drafting and document preparation of Purchase & Sale Agreements & Contracts, Letter of Agreement, Letters of Intent (LOI) and any CA CAR form preparation that may be necessary depending on the type of transaction.

3.  Financial Analysis, Income & expense analysis, Pro forma reporting & analysis and any financial reporting that may be required for buyer or seller.  With an MBA in Real Estate Finance and over 15 years of financial analysis, Sky West is very capable of analyzing, preparation and consultation of financial analysis for the client.

4. Closing - Assistance in all areas for the client to be able to perform a smooth and efficient purchase or sale transaction.
