From the beginning, when the client buys the property, to the time it is sold, there is a lot of effort that goes into the project. There is nothing like closing and handing your client a big check.

Even though I have my MBA in real estate and I enjoy the financial aspects of developing a property, I find a majority of my time (over 60%) ends up back in sales.
